Jon Allen to release 'When The Morning Comes' on February 15th and UK tour

Jon Allen's new single 'When The Morning Comes', a duet featuring Amy Smith, will be released on February 15th, and includes the track 'Sarah' featuring the legendary Mark Knopfler. The single is currently B listed on Radio 2.
