Yoko's lawyers must be raking in the cash as not only is she involved in the lawsuit to stop footage of John Lennon smoking pot, writing songs and discussing putting the hallucinogenic’s in Richard Nixon's [yesterdays article] now she is fighting a new court battle against another film maker.

Yoko together with Lennon's sons have are prosecuting the makers of "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed" as they used Lennon’s classic track ‘Imagine’ during the film reports Reuters.

The documentary film deals with academic and scientific discrimination from Darwinists against intelligent designers.
Stating that as the track was played for commentary reasons only it should be allowed under the fair use policy.

In a statement they said "We are disappointed therefore that Yoko Ono and others have decided to challenge our free speech right to comment on the song 'Imagine' in our documentary film."
