Multi-platinum selling, global superstar Camila Cabello has performed her new single “Never Be The Same” on Good Morning America to co-incide with the release of her debut album “Camila”, available everywhere now.
“Camila” has already garnered rave reviews from critics, being hailed as ‘a debut that could dominate 2018’ by the Sunday Times Culture. Since its release overnight, the debut album has reached #1 on 95 iTunes charts around the world; breaking the record for the most #1s on the iTunes chart for a debut solo album, a feat previously held by Harry Styles.
A powerful, passionate, and personal journey for the singer, “Camila” represents a major milestone. She describes it as “the soundtrack to the past year of my life,” inviting listeners closer than ever before.
As well as “Never Be The Same”, which has today reached the UK iTunes Top 10, the album features the international mega-hit “Havana” [feat. Young Thug], which stands out as the biggest smash of her career to date. Total Spotify streams of the song have surpassed 545 million, making Camila the “2nd most streamed artist in the world", while the music video has received over 427 million YouTube/VEVO views. The track spent five weeks at #1 in the UK, making Camila the longest running female #1 since Adele’s “Someone Like You” in 2011.
