Alicia Keys is pregnant.
The 33-year-old singer and her husband Swizz Beatz are already parents to three-year-old son Egypt and are thrilled to have a sibling for the little boy on the way. Alicia chose to announce the news on her Instagram account.
"Happy Anniversary to the love of my life @therealswizzz !!," she wrote. "And to make it even sweeter we've been blessed with another angel on the way!! You make me happier than I have ever known! Here's to many many more years of the best parts of life! (sic)"
The message accompanied a picture of Alicia and Swizz together. She is seen in a long white Grecian dress, cradling a large baby bump. The singer is standing up, leaning in her husband who is smiling at her and has his arm around her expanding tummy.
Swizz posted an image from the same shoot, which sees Alicia grinning as she stared into the camera. He has his face turned away as he kisses his wife on the shoulder.
"Love is life & life is love and we're so excited for another GIFT from up above Happy Anniversary my Goddess 4 years of greatness & cheers to 100 plus more inshallah (sic)," he captioned the shot.
It's not known how far along Alicia is, but her baby bump suggests she is well into her second trimester.
The star has made no secret of wanting more children, admitting Egypt would like a brother or sister in November.
"I bet he does," she laughed: "Not right now, but never say never."
