Cara Delevingne has apparently spoken to Kate Moss "at length" about her career.

The 22-year-old is one of the hottest models on the runway right now, walking in shows at London and Milan Fashion Week this month.

She's also branched out into acting, taking roles in Pan, Kids in Love and Tulip Fever. However there's one more string she wants to add to her bow: a singing career. So far, her voice hasn't received as much attention as her other ventures and apparently she's turned to fellow model Kate, 40, to speak about her concerns.

"Kate has always been there for Cara and they seemed to have spoken at length about where she's going in her career," a pal told British magazine Look.

"It's likely Kate advised her that she should stop worrying about music, and enjoy herself. If she starts working on an album, the fear is she'll spread herself too thin. I think Kate suggested Cara work on her modelling career while she's still one of the world's top models."

Kate and Cara recently got up close and personal in an advert for the My Burberry fragrance. It attracted tonnes of attention on social media, but it seems this isn't enough for the star.

"Cara is so passionate about her music," the insider continued.

"But she's finding it hard to work out what she's doing wrong and the more she gets knocked back, the scarier she's finding it. She's terrified."

Kate is married to rocker of Jamie Hince and has plenty of contacts in the music industry. The source added Cara even told her model pal she'd move to America if she thought it would help her get noticed. She is also thought to have approached her friend Nicki Minaj for tips, with the US star giving Cara feedback on her tracks.
