Sheryl Crow has reportedly expanded her property portfolio.
The All I Wanna Do singer recently snapped up 15.84 acres of land near Nashville, Tennessee for a hefty $650,000, according to Variety.
Citing Celebrity Address Aerial, the outlet reports the sprawling property includes three lots with views of the Cumberland River.
Aerial photos show one farm building on one of the lots, as well as a short boat dock.
The remaining land is reportedly undeveloped, although Sheryl has a cushy pad not far off.
According to the outlet, her 49-acre country estate Sheryl purchased in 2001 for $3.6 million is only about 13.5 miles away.
It’s also the latest in a string of property purchases for the 52-year-old Grammy-winner.
Variety reports Sheryl also purchased a home in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida in 2003 for $1 million, as well as a 10.28-acre compound near Hollywood, California’s popular Runyon Canyon hiking trail for $5.3 million in the late 90s.
She also reportedly owns a 146-acre working firm in College Grove, Tennessee, south of Nashville, purchased in 2007.
The singer may have big plans for her latest purchase as well. The latter property apparently includes an 11,000-square-foot mansion, recording studio, swimming pool and equestrian facilities.
Sheryl had yet to comment on her most recent purchase at press time.
However, the star, who relocated to Nashville recently following more than two decades in Los Angeles, recently admitted moving back to the south was a no-brainer after she conquered cancer following her 2006 diagnosis.
“Getting diagnosed with breast cancer was such a game-changer,” she told UK newspaper The Telegraph earlier this year.
“Up to that point I had just been … I don’t want to say on the run, but definitely constantly moving. I had never put roots down. And I grew up in such a small town where everybody was connected. Once I got breast cancer I felt like I’m not connected to anything,” she said.
