Ed Sheeran has added a staggering THIRD Wembley Stadium date!
Ed will now also play Wembley Stadium on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12th July 2015!
Ed Sheeran previously announced that his first ever stadium headlining show at Wembley Stadium would be on Friday 10th July 2015 adding the Saturday the day after.
Ed recently scored his second #1 single in the UK with ‘Thinking Out Loud’ from his triple platinum-certified second album ‘x’ (Multiply): the biggest and fastest-selling album of 2014, which topped the charts in the UK for eight consecutive weeks as well as hitting the top spot in the US and across Europe, selling over 3 million copies worldwide to date.
On playing Wembley Stadium Ed Sheeran said “"I’ve made no secret recently of my ambition to play Wembley Stadium on my own in front of 80,000 people, so I am absolutely over the moon to be able to announce it’s going to happen next Summer. It’s going to be amazing, I just can’t wait."
