The Foo Fighters played their first show on Saturday since Dave Grohl broke his leg falling from the stage in Sweden on June 12.

At that infamous appearance, paramedic held the broken bones together until an air cast was delivered while Grohl sat in a chair and finished out the band’s set.

Opening this leg of their U.S. tour in RFK Stadium, Washington, Grohl had better accommodations, sitting on a huge throne with his guitars surrounding him, broken leg propped in front of him.
