Garbage have announced they will play a one-off show at London’s Brixton O2 Academy on Sunday 08 November 2015 to celebrate 20 years since the release of their self-titled debut album.

‘Garbage’ was a critically acclaimed, international hit when released, selling more than 4m copies and going double platinum in the UK, US and Australia. The album contained four UK top 30 hit singles - Stupid Girl, Queer, Milk and Only Happy When It Rains.

The American-Scottish quartet came to prominence in the mid-to-late ‘90s as a cutting-edge electronic-rock band that dabbled in dance rhythms and pop sensibilities. Led by the alluring, punk-ish Shirley Manson, Garbage recently confirmed new music will be released as part of Record Store Day 2015.

Tickets are priced at £32.50 and go on sale 9am, Friday 6 March.
