Lily Allen’s record label has reportedly folded.

The singer launched In The Name Of, or ITNO, back in 2011 with backing from Sony Music Entertainment.

But sources tell UK newspaper The Sun the star has failed to find enough talent to keep the imprint up and running.

“Lily had bright hopes but it simply hasn’t worked out,” the insider said. “She hoped by now to have an array of top talent on her roster but it’s quite the opposite. Three years is enough time to gauge success. It’s just run its course.”

ITNO had signed singer Tom Odell, among other acts; but he’s since moved to parent company Columbia, The Mirror reports.

There appear to be no hard feelings, however.

“Lily will shortly be announcing a new signing/consulting role for another label,” her spokesperson told the outlet.

“In the meantime she is very happy that Tom Odell’s records will be released on Columbia, who were the distributors for ITNO.”

Lily catapulted to the top of music charts back in 2006 with her debut single, Smile.

She later shunned the limelight to raise her two daughters with husband Sam Cooper, only to return earlier this year with her third studio album, Sheezus.

The record has received mixed responses, however, with Lily recently admitting she didn’t trust her instincts when working on the project.

“I put my trust in other people, which I don’t usually do. I usually go with my own gut feeling but maybe I wasn’t feeling as confident as I have in the past because of all the hormones,” she told The Mirror back in July.

"The first thing I came back with was Hard Out Here and that was important to me, a real statement of intent, even though you couldn’t put it on the radio over here because it had too much swearing.

“I thought it did really well and then management and the label chose to go with Air Balloon and I just think starting with something really aggressive and in your face and then going in a different direction... people need to know what they are getting,” she said.
