Demi Lovato can’t believe she tweeted about her “pee-gut”.

The 21-year-old pop star played what she called a “warm up” for her upcoming Demi World Tour in Long Beach, California Monday night.

But the singer took to Twitter shortly after she exited the stage, and exhaled a big sigh of relief.

“Soooo I totally had to pee the ENTIRE SHOW.. I LITERALLY had a pee-gut. HAHAHAHA,” she tweeted.

It appears Demi was mortified after it sunk in she had blasted the message to her 23.5 million followers. On Tuesday, she couldn’t help but address the issue, and revealed she was still stunned she shared TMI.

“F**k. I really just tweeted that. WHO DOES THAT?!!?! HAHAHAHA,” she laughed.

Demi even took the opportunity to re-tweet one follower who was equally as amused.

“@ddlovato talk about a pi**y situation,” the user wrote.

The singer’s messages come shortly after she called on fans to put down their smartphones and take a break from social media, insisting people are far too busy snapping photos to enjoy life as it happens.

Ironically logging onto Twitter to share her feelings, she wrote: “Life is so much more than cool pictures for Instagram. Enjoy your [world],” adding an emoticon of planet Earth.

Demi is known to keep her fans constantly updated online.

At the moment, she’s adding every possible detail about her upcoming tour, which kicks off officially in Baltimore, Maryland on September 6.

The star will play throughout the US and Canada until late October, according to her current schedule, and will then jaunt to Europe, wrapping the concert series in Dublin, Ireland on December 1.
