Nicki Minaj is “controlling” Trey Songz’s “dreams” in a new music video.

The two performers collaborated on Trey’s song Touchin, Lovin, which appears on the Chapter V star’s sixth studio album, Trigga. The song was officially released on September 9 and is the fifth single from the record, which also features guest appearances from Mila J, Ty Dolla $ign, Justin Bieber and Juicy J.

“Nicki’s playing the dominant figure,” Trey told MTV News about the upcoming video. “She’s basically controlling my dreams. And each portion of what you see is what it is she wants to happen.”

Nicki and Trey previously worked together on Trey’s song Bottoms Up, the lead single from Passion, Pain & Pleasure. The 2010 single peaked at number six on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and number one on the US Billboard Rhythmic chart.

“We did it once before with a record called Bottoms Up and sometimes you get with an artist and do it twice, you don’t get to reach that same synergy,” Trey explained to MTV. “You try to catch it, but I think we caught it.”

The video for Touchin, Lovin will have an “interactive feature”, the Girl Tonite hitmaker revealed, adding his fans are “very engaged” and “social savvy”.

“So when we give them options to watch the video, I’m sure they’ll watch it probably 20 times when you realize you can go this way, that way, this way,” he explained.

Nicki’s next album The Pinkprint, which has already spawned singles Pills n Potions and Anaconda, will be out in November.
