The incredible Sam Smith has announced a very special East Anglian home show as part of Forest Live, the annual summer music series organised by the Forestry Commission.

Sam Smith’s multi-platinum selling album ‘In The Lonely Hour’ debuted at No.1 in the UK charts and No.2 on the US Billboard Top 200 in May 2014. His album has sold over 5 million copies globally, as well as achieving the status of being the only artist in the world in 2014 to sell 1 million albums in both the UK and US. No 1 singles include ‘Money On My Mind’ and ‘Stay With Me’ - the huge pop ballad which is still making waves around the world with over 4.8 million copies sold to date. Sam’s huge commercial success has also been reflected on the red carpet crowning his breakthrough into music’s top ranks in 2015 by winning four Grammy Awards and two Brit Awards.

Forest Live is an independent programme organised by the Forestry Commission to bring forests to new audiences. Income generated from ticket sales is spent on protecting, improving and expanding England’s forests and woodlands and increasing their value to people and wildlife. Over Forest Live’s 14 year history, money raised has contributed to a wide range of projects, from wildlife conservation to making improvements for visitors. With everything required for a great night out, including full catering and bar facilities, the gigs are renowned for their relaxed atmosphere.
