Sharon Osbourne leaves Christmas dinner down to her daughter-in-law.

The 62-year-old star is preparing to spend the festive period with her husband Ozzy and kids Jack, Kelly and Aimee. They will be gathering at Sharon and Ozzy's home in Los Angeles over the holidays for fun and food, but the red-haired star admits she won't be taking on culinary duties.

"We always have a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner with all the kids and some close friends. I'm a terrible cook so I leave that to Jack's wife, who's brilliant. I'm always on clean-up duty!" she laughed to British magazine Closer. "Then we all open presents. We have lunch the next day and open more presents."

Sharon and Ozzy hit a rough patch in their marriage last year when the Black Sabbath rocker relapsed into alcohol and drug addiction. But things are better for the couple now, with Sharon insisting they're "happy and solid".

For someone so renowned in the world of metal it'd be easy to think Ozzy would have a rock'n'roll Christmas list. But his wife has revealed that isn't the case at all.

"Ozzy likes Beatles memorabilia and books on the First or Second World War. Kelly's tough to buy for, too, as she has an individual style. I usually get her a nice art print," Sharon smiled.

Kelly is thought to be enjoying the single life after splitting from fiancé Matthew Mosshart in January of this year. She has been linked to a few men, including model Ricki Hall, but Sharon insists the lavender-haired beauty will be solo this Christmas.

"Kelly will visit alone at Christmas - or else!" she laughed. "I'm happy she's enjoying some single time. Women are having babies later nowadays, so she has plenty of time."
