The Summer Hit Song Contest 2014 is set to return this Monday 21st July at 08:30pm on f living channel. The second show from the popular series is yet another celebrity-packed one hosting more leading singers from the local entertainment scene.
Federica Falzon, fresh from her success in Rai Uno's 'Ti Lascio Una Canzone' and the Maltese representative for the Junior Eurovision 2014 will perform a cover of the Slovenian Eurovision 2007 entry 'Flower of the South'. Leading singer and tv personality Tiziana Calleja will follow suit. She will also perform her latest single 'On Top of the World', written and produced by Dj Toby.
The next six Summer Hit Song Contest 2014 entries premiered on the show will be: Mauro's 'Fire Spell' (Dj Toby/Natasha Turner); Danica Muscat's 'Fearless' (Philip Vella/Gerard J. Borg); Janice Mangion 'The One' (Renato Briffa/Keith Zammit); Joseph's 'Fool for Love' (Miriam Christine/Rita Pace); Audrey Marie & Rita Pace's 'Overboard' (Rita Pace) and Julie Pomorski's 'Shout!' (Minik/Rita Pace).
The competition aims to promote the local music artists in search of a true hit song. The show is produced and hosted by Deo Grech and Ignatius Farrugia.
