Robin Thicke and Paula Patton are reportedly selling their Los Angeles mansion.
The estranged spouses separated in February after nine years of marriage and over 20 years of coupledom.
And according to Variety, they put their 3,158 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Hollywood Hills estate up for sale Monday via Sotheby’s International Realty with an asking price of just under $3 million.
The home has been in the Thicke family since 1990, when Robin’s father Alan originally purchased it for $910,000.
Apparently Alan transferred the property to Robin and Paula around the time they married in 2005.
The pair share one child together, as they are parents to four-year-old son Julian.
Robin recently released an album entitled Paula, which wasn’t as successful as his previous offerings.
The musician admitted he worked through a lot of grief while penning songs for the highly personal record.
“The album is what happens when you lose the love of your life and you try to figure out in your head like, ‘How am I gonna move on?’” Robin explained to radio station Hot 97 previously. “Because we weren’t together anymore, I had so much that I still wanted to apologise for and take responsibility for and that’s what the album is about.”
Robin doesn’t think Paula is interested in listening to the tunes he created for her.
And the singer says he’s come to accept the distance between them.
“She hasn’t heard it. She’s only heard a few songs. And I don’t think she wants to hear it right now. I can’t speak for her, but I think space is an important part of any healing process," he said during the radio interview.
