New Michael Jackson album announced

A new album of previously unreleased Michael Jackson songs is due to release in May.

Entitled XSCAPE, the album is the brainchild of Epic Records and the Estate of Michael Jackson, after the latter granted Epic unlimited access to the Jackson archives.

The archive material has been remixed by the likes to Timbaland, Rodney Jerkins, Stargate and John McClain.

Eight tracks feature on the standard edition, while a deluxe edition will include some of the songs in their original form. Both will be available to pre-order from tomorrow, with release on May 13th.
