Eurovision is a very important event for the Maltese people, yet other countries take it with a pinch of salt? What are your views?

The experience gained from this festival will remain with me throughout my career, mostly because of the exposure that comes with it. As stated above, this contest is the largest one in our country and Maltese citizens are very intrigued and follow attentively therefore it is an honour to be part of it. It is also substantial to not exclude the fact that through this experience you meet many new people, through the contest itself and also in the process leading up to the final night.

Besides yourself, who is your favourite act to win Malta Eurovision 2015?

I believe in my song and my performance.

Describe your feeling on ‘Xarabank’ TV show when you realized you had been chosen as one of the Finalists?:

I laughed about it because they called my mum at first and she announced that I passed. I was very happy and enthusiastic about me passing through to the top 20

Rumours had it that Ira Losco would submit a song this year!! Do you think established artists like Ira, Joseph Calleja, Ivan Grech (Winter Moods) and others should consider taking part in Malta Eurovision and why/why not?:

That is really and truly their choice. Who am I to decide whether they should take part or not, it has to be their decision. If I remember correctly Ivan used to take part in the past and so did Ira as she won it.

Can you tell us of any curious/funny incidents you may have had whilst performing?

Once I bit my tongue on stage… I bled and still continued singing :)

Why should the Maltese public vote for your song to represent Malta in 2015?:

I believe that I have a very strong song that would do well in Europe :-) and I am sure that if my performance is spot on I will be very satisfied :)
