New single ‘Imagine’ is released today and features her signature vocals, joyful guitars and positive lyrics, reminiscent of her classic hit ‘Je veux’.
She says, "This is a song not only dedicated to a special someone but also to all the people I love and share the same purpose : make things that are doing good. Create a society that makes sense, this is what we should strive for”.
Isa was created with Dutch producer, pianist and film composer REYN. They recorded together in his chapel-studio in the Netherlands, and Zaz also recorded several songs at home as a way for her to escape the pressure of the studio, and take time to find a suitable vocal path for each track.
