Wizkid, the Grammy Award-winning global sensation, will be livestreaming his sold out ‘Made In Lagos' Tour from The O2, exclusively globally on YouTube on Wednesday 1st December.

To call Wizkid a cultural phenomenon is an understatement. When tickets for his first O2 date (28th November) sold out in just 12 minutes, he earned a coveted place on the list of just six artists to sell out The O2 so quickly, alongside the likes of Beyoncé, Rihanna and The Rolling Stones. His second date (29th November) sold out in just two minutes.

Today, Wizkid will be bringing the finale of his UK tour at The O2 to a global audience through the livestream which will take place on his very own StarBoy TV YouTube channel. From 21.00 GMT, fans around the world will have front row seats in one of the most anticipated and in-demand concerts in recent times.

On the global livestream, Wizkid said “For my fans around the world that are unable to be here in London, watch my final show at the O2 Arena on the Starboy TV YouTube channel. Love 🖤❤️😇”

YouTube’s Head of Music, Sub-Saharan Africa, Addy Awofisayo, said “Wizkid is a truly singular artist. The amount of attention and support that he is receiving from fans globally is truly phenomenal. He no doubt has something very special planned for his O2 finale, and we are thrilled to be capturing this seminal moment and broadcasting it to a worldwide audience.”

The ‘Made In Lagos Tour’ livestream is the latest in an ongoing long standing collaboration between Wizkid and YouTube. In 2020, YouTube Originals launched their ‘A Day In The Live’ series with Wizkid, offering fans an authentic insight into his day to day life via an extended livestream.
