Celeste has announced a special one-night-only performance at London’s iconic KOKO, set to take place on June 11th. Marking her first headline show in nearly a year, the Brit Award-winning and Oscar-nominated artist will return to the stage in an intimate setting for what promises to be a powerful and personal live experience.
This performance follows Celeste’s last major appearance at Tate Modern Lates in June 2024 and comes on the heels of her musical comeback, which includes the release of her recent single This Is Who I Am and surprise drop Everyday. Both tracks offer a fresh glimpse into the evolving artistry of the British-Jamaican singer, hinting at a bold new era in the lead-up to her highly anticipated second album.
Fans will have the chance to secure tickets early via pre-sale from 10:00am on Wednesday 7 May, with general sale launching on Friday 10 May at 10:00am. Demand is expected to be high for the KOKO date, which serves as a rare opportunity to see Celeste in a more intimate setting.
Celeste first rose to prominence after being named both the BRITs Rising Star and BBC Music’s Sound of 2020, and cemented her place as a singular voice in modern soul with the chart-topping success of her debut album Not Your Muse in 2021. That same year, she earned an Academy Award and Golden Globe nomination for Hear My Voice, the haunting ballad featured in Aaron Sorkin’s The Trial of the Chicago 7.
Now with new music and a second full-length album completed, Celeste is poised to reintroduce herself to audiences on her own terms. Her upcoming KOKO performance will be a milestone moment for fans eager to witness the next phase of her extraordinary career.
Stay tuned for more details on the forthcoming album.
