Mark Fisher of Matt Bianco dies

Mark Fisher of UK band Matt Bianco has died although details are unknown.

Fisher’s death was announced via the Matt Bianco Twitter page. “It is with deep sadness that we have to inform you all that Mark Fisher passed away this morning. Words fail us”.

Matt Bianco formed in the UK in 1983 with Fisher joining for the second album ‘Matt Bianco’ in 1986. He stayed with the band for 20 years.

After his departure, Reilly decided to reform the line-up from the first album and recorded ‘Matt’s Mood’ in 2004.

Fisher came back in 2009 for ‘HiFi Bossanova’, his first album with Matt Bianco in seven years.
