The Wombats have today been confirmed on the line up of MTV2's Spanking New Music show at Bristol Anson Rooms on 23 March. Also appearing will be Biffy Clyro, The Twang and Hadouken.
With little regard towards their carbon footprint, The Wombats have just announced a 35-date headline UK tour for May, during which they will sample the manifold delights of Ilford, Letchworth and Mansfield amongst others. This is in addition to their current tour supporting The Holloways, their own March dates, SXSW, a couple of dates in Los Angeles and a quick trip over to Amsterdam. I'm jetlagged just thinking about it.
