Cruz Beckham is due to release new music later this year, after he signed with a record label two years ago.

The youngest son of David and Victoria, has been working with top songwriters after his parents have spent a "small fortune" helping him forge a music career.

Cruz, 19, has been working with writer Ed Frewett, who has written songs for One Direction, Little Mix and The Wanted, as well as producer Fred Ball, who has worked with Rihanna, Beyonce and Mariah Carey.

"The plan is to launch this year to let people hear what he has been working so hard on for years," a source told The Sun. "There is a lot of excitement around him as a singer but he is also acutely aware that he really needs to prove himself so he isn't just accused of being a nepo baby, which is why he has spent so long perfecting the music. A fortune has been spent on getting him in rooms with some of the best brains in the business and the results are promising."

In 2016, Cruz released the single If Everyday Was Christmas.

He can play the guitar, piano and drums and the mandolin.
