Liam Gallagher has confessed he needs to "undo" his years of partying to get back to full health.
The Oasis star has told how he's on a health kick to "undo years of partying" that left him with an autoimmune condition, as well as arthritis and psoriasis.
"It's time to undo it all now and get back to reality," the 51-year-old told The Sun.
"All that stuff that you thought was cool in the early days...it's time to get healthy. You've got to undo all the bad work you've done through f***ing getting off your head and all that."
Liam was diagnosed with autoimmune condition Hashimoto's Disease in 2017, and last year underwent a major hip operation to replace joints due to arthritis.
He admitted he put off having the operation due to the stigma.
"I went to get it checked out and my bones are mashed up. The lady was going, 'Oh, you might need a hip operation, a replacement.' I think I'd rather just be in pain. Which is ridiculous, obviously. I know that. Just get them fixed. But it's the stigma, saying you've had your hips replaced. What's next?'"
Today, Liam revealed he has cut back on alcohol, stopped taking drugs and gets up at 4am every day.
"As you get older, life is precious, do you know what I mean? I'm a pretty happy-go-lucky guy. I love waking up early in the morning. I'm definitely on the downwards slide, though. But we're all going to die, aren't we?"
