Twenty One Pilots could claim their first-ever Official Number 1 album with Clancy this week.

The Ohio-formed duo, comprising Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun, take an early lead with their seventh studio LP, having previously enjoyed Top 40 success with 2013’s Vessel (39), 2015 release Blurryface (5), 2018’s Trench (2) and 2021 record Scaled and Icy (3).

Hot on the pair’s heels is Paul Weller, whose 17th studio collection 66 looks set to become his 23rd solo Top 10 album (2). Former The Jam and The Style Council frontman Weller has previously secured six solo Number 1 albums: 1995’s Stanley Road, 2002 record Illumination, 2008’s 22 Dreams, 2012’s Sonik Kicks, 2020’s On Sunset and 2021’s Fat Pop. Could he catch up to claim a seventh this week?

Sheffield rockers Bring Me The Horizon hope to earn their fifth Top 10 album with POST HUMAN: NeX Gen (5). The band, comprising Oli Sykes, Matt Nicholls, Lee Malia and Matt Kean, previously secured Top 10s with 2013’s Sempiternal (3), 2015’s That’s The Spirit (2), 2019 record amo (1) and 2020’s POST HUMAN: SURVIVAL HORROR (1).

Elsewhere, US alt-rock outfit Wallows, made up of Dylan Minnette, Braeden Lemasters and Cole Preston, look to earn a career-best, with third studio record Model expected to debut at Number 10.

Manchester rapper Meekz, born Mico Howles, could match his previous Official Albums Chart peak with third full-length release TRU (12), while BTS star RM is predicted to claim his first solo Top 20 LP with Right Place, Wrong Person (17).
Buckinghamshire-born breakout artist Niko B, real name Tom George Austin, could celebrate his first-ever Albums Chart entry with debut release dog eat dog food world (20), as Lenny Kravitz looks to land his eighth Top 40 LP with Blue Electric Light (27).

As they take The Girls Aloud Show tour across the UK, Girls Aloud’s 2012 hits compilation Ten continues to climb midweek (31). Meanwhile, Take That’s former chart-topper This Life is on the ascent following the release of a deluxe edition, vaulting 144 places back into the Top 40 midweek (37).

Finally, Chappell Roan’s 2023 debut The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess looks to break into the UK Top 40 for the first time (38).
