Sabrina Carpenter sips her Espresso for a fifth consecutive week at Number 1 on the UK’s Official Singles Chart.
Once more, Sabrina’s irresistible funk-pop hit remains the UK’s most-streamed of the week (7.7 million streams) and is now clearly one of the frontrunners to be named 2024’s Song of the Summer.

Central Cee and Lil Baby’s first collaboration BAND4BAND becomes this week’s highest new entry; the energetic rap banger debuts at Number 4, becoming Cench’s eighth and Lil Baby’s fourth UK Top 10 hit.
Billie Eilish’s BIRDS OF A FEATHER spreads its wings and flies into the Top 5 today, rising four places week-on-week to a new high (5).
Huge congratulations are also in order for Myles Smith today, the rising singer-songwriter from Luton has just scored his first-ever Top 10 hit with breakthrough single Stargazing, which jumps five to its highest peak yet (9).
Further down, US star Zach Bryan debuts at Number 31 with new single Pink Skies, becoming his second Top 40 entry. It’s another notch in the belt for country music this year – which is experiencing a massive renaissance in the UK.
Teddy Swims also scores his second Top 40 UK hit today as The Door rises ten to Number 35, it’s the follow-up to Teddy’s breakout single Lose Control, which peaked at Number 2 earlier this year.
And finally, The Script’s 2008 single The Man Who Can’t Be Moved re-enters the UK Top 40 for the first time in 11 years, thanks to a viral video by frontman Danny O’Donoghue reworking the track to pay tribute to Manchester United player Kobbie Mainoo, who scored the winning goal for Man U during last week’s FA Cup final. The track originally peaked at Number 2 in 2008, and was the Irish band’s first UK Top 10 single.
