Justin Timberlake was reportedly arrested in New York on Monday for driving while intoxicated.

Several outlets have reported that the NSYNC star was taken into police custody on Monday after being arrested in Sag Harbor, New York, for driving while intoxicated or impaired.

According to NBC News, court officials stated on Tuesday that Timberlake, who was reportedly still in custody that morning, is set to face a DWI charge.

The Cry Me a River singer, 43, will reportedly appear in court later in the day for arraignment.

Timberlake has yet to comment on the reports.

The reported arrest comes in the middle of Timberlake's The Forget Tomorrow World Tour, which kicked off in April. He is next scheduled to perform at Chicago's United Center on Friday and Saturday. He will then travel to New York to perform at Madison Square Garden next week.

Two days before the alleged incident, Timberlake - who has children Silas, nine, and Phineas, three, with wife Jessica Biel - celebrated Father's Day.

"My 2 greatest gifts. I learn more about myself everyday just because you both chose me to be your Daddy," the hitmaker wrote in an Instagram post on Sunday. "I will always be there for you through your peaks and valleys... to lift you up and show you how high you can take this life and to pick you up when you fall."
