Lily Allen has admitted she doesn't know how to use a washing machine.
The Not Fair singer revealed she has her husband and daughters do her laundry for her.
Lily, 39, explained she's frightened of ruining her clothes by washing or drying them incorrectly, so she leaves the task to her husband, 49-year-old David Harbour, or her two daughters Ethel, 12 and Marnie, 11.
"Do you want to know a secret? I don't know how to use a washing machine," the singer revealed on her Miss Me? podcast.
"I have this fear of shrinking and dyeing clothes so I just don't do it. David and the kids do the washing, I'll iron but I don't even like putting things in the dryer. I'm scared."
She went on to add her eldest daughter has a knack for using the washing machine.
"The kids are really good at it," Lily said. "Ethel is particularly good at using the washing machine but I have a fear of it. I don't want to go near it."
Earlier this year the singer claimed having her daughters with ex-husband Sam Cooper, 45, "ruined" her music career.
"My children ruined my career. I love them and they complete me, but in terms of pop stardom, they totally ruined it," she told the Radio Times Podcast in March.
"I get really annoyed when people say you can have it all because, quite frankly, you can't."
