Megan Thee Stallion has fired up the crowd at a Kamala Harris rally in Atlanta, Georgia.

"I want to start off by saying Hotties for Harris!" the Texas rapper announced as she took the stage at the Georgia State Convocation Centre.

The three-time Grammy winner was there to perform at Vice President Harris's first campaign rally in the city as the presumptive Democratic nominee.

"Now I know my ladies in the crowd love their bodies. If you want to keep loving your bodies, you know who to vote for," she told the crowd before launching into her viral hit Mamushi.

Wearing a Democrat blue pantsuit with a white shirt and a matching tie, the artist officially known as Megan Jovon Ruth Pete strutted her stuff for the audience of an estimated 8000 Harris supporters, who packed out the indoor basketball arena at Georgia State University.

Since President Joe Biden backed out of the race in favour of his deputy, Harris has enjoyed a surge of support from celebrities, including Cardi B, Lizzo, Lil Nas X and more, who have joined forces to back her in her historic bid to become the first female president of the United States.

Following Biden's endorsement, Harris released a campaign video featuring Beyonce's 2016 Freedom, urging Americans to give her their votes.
