Marilyn Manson has accused ex-fiancee Evan Rachel Wood of falsifying a letter to the FBI.

The claims come after Wood had accused Manson of sexual abuse, as well as influencing her suicide attempt.

In 2022, Manson sued Wood for slander and emotional distress, and now he's claiming she forged an FBI letter from a real agent to smear his image.

He claimed the document made it appear as though he was under federal investigation and his victims were in danger.

The rockstar, 55, has filed documents arguing that his former fiancee made up false sexual abuse allegations against him as part of a smear campaign. He included the FBI letter in the court documents, obtained by TMZ, pointing out that Wood had signed a declaration stating she did not forge the letter, but didn't deny that it was a forgery.

Manson's claims had originally been dismissed by a judge, but now he's claiming the facts weren't all considered, and he wants to revive the case.

Wood has spoken publicly about her relationship with Manson, including her attempted suicide. In 2022, she claimed she terminated her pregnancy because of Manson's temperament.

"He flew out for the abortion. The second it was over, it was like, 'Make me dinner.' And I remember being like, 'I'm supposed to be resting - my body has gone through this trauma.. there's an aftermath here.' And he didn't care," she claimed.

She told how the stress of the event led to her trying to take her own life, claiming she tried to slit her wrists with broken glass in the bathroom.

After the incident, she said, "When I woke up, I felt different. I feel like whoever I was went to sleep and didn't wake up that night, and this new version woke up and had to start rebuilding her life."
