Britney Spears' on-again, off-again boyfriend Paul Soliz's estranged wife has filed for divorce after eight years of marriage.
Nicole Mancilla filed for divorce from Spears' former housekeeper-turned-boyfriend in the Superior Court of California on Wednesday.
In documents obtained by Page Six, Soliz's ex cited "irreconcilable differences" and listed their official date of separation as 29 June 2023.
She is requesting legal and physical custody of her and Soliz's five children, and seeking spousal support.
After a whirlwind romance, Spears and Soliz seemingly broke up in July when the singer declared herself "single as f**k" on Instagram.
In the since-deleted caption, the mother of two claimed that she "will never be with another man" as long as she lives.
Nearly a month after the breakup, however, Spears was photographed spending time with Soliz and three of his children at a trampoline park.
The Grammy winner - who attempted to go incognito in aviator sunglasses, an orange T-shirt and white Daisy Duke shorts - was seen holding one of the children by the hand.
Spears and Soliz met when he was hired to do maintenance tasks around her home in 2022. At the time, Spears was still married to husband Sam Asghari.
Aside from being Spears' former housekeeper, Soliz is a known criminal. According to records obtained by Us Weekly, his felonious background includes charges for disturbing the peace, child endangerment, driving without a licence and possession of a firearm by a felon.
