Sean 'Diddy' Combs has written an Instagram post from prison.
The rapper is in prison as he waits for his trial in May for sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Now he's spoken publicly for the first time since his arrest, wishing his daughter Love a happy second birthday.
He wrote, "Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to you! 'Happy Birthday baby Love! Happy Birthday to you!! Happy Birthday @loveseancombs daddy loves you."
Alongside the caption, he posted photos of his daughter eating a smash cake. Combs, 54, shares Love with ex-partner Dana Tran, 30.
Combs was arrested and charged last month and has pleaded not guilty to all charges. He was denied bail, and lost his appeal to overturn the decision, meaning he will stay behind bars until his trial next year.
Currently at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Sunset, Brooklyn, it's been revealed the star's lawyers have asked him to be moved after his lawyer Andrew Dalack called the facility, an "overcrowded, understaffed and neglected federal jail that is hell on earth."
On Monday, it was announced Combs is being sued by six more people. These include two women who claim he raped them, three men who allege he sexually assaulted them, and a then-16-year-old boy who claims he was molested by the rapper at a party.
