Britney Spears has revealed she is writing another book.
The Stronger singer revealed she is working on a follow-up to her 2023 autobiography, The Woman in Me, by simply telling her Instagram followers on Tuesday night, "I'm away writing my novel and learning about myself."
Britney made the revelation in passing in a lengthy Instagram Stories post in which she named six celebrities she admires and has "crazy girl crushes on".
She singled out actress Pamela Anderson, who she considered "sweet" and "a classic babe", and Oscar winner Natalie Portman.
"I feel like she's the coolest person I ever met outside with her dog in New York and we had the same shirt on !!!" she wrote.
The 42-year-old then selected Havana singer Camila Cabello, explaining that she's "so darn pretty and she makes me giggle out loud" and "her personality is so sweet and kooky I think it's healthy to be silly ... I wish I was more like that !!!"
Britney went on to name model Kendall Jenner, asking if it was "normal to be that pretty", and Selena Gomez and Drew Barrymore, who she considers "literally gorgeous".
The Toxic hitmaker also reflected on how her friendships with her close pals have evolved over the years.
"Years go by and you get married and you grow up and live worlds apart !!! It's called life !!! I have girlfriends I hang out with every now and then but it's not the same as when we were younger !!! But why isn't it ???" she penned. "But I do so miss being silly with the girls !!!"
Back in October, Britney revealed she was writing on a second volume of her memoir. However, it is not clear if she is working on that project or a separate book.
