Pop princess Kylie Minogue has revealed that she misses the 1990s.
The Spinning Around hitmaker said in a new interview with The Times, "I miss almost everything about the 1990s.
"There were no phones, dance music was going nuts and I was in it and among it, going to the clubs, going to fashion shows, pounding the pavement, going to markets," she explained.
"I wasn't wasting time scrolling on socials or dealing with, like, adulting. So there's a lot I miss. Overall just freedom."
The hitmaker, who recently had renewed success with her single Padam Padam, first found fame on the soap opera Neighbours as Charlene Robinson from 1986 to 1988, before making the move to London to further her music career.
Her hits from the '90s included Tears on My Pillow, Better the Devil You Know, and Where the Wild Roses Grow with Nic Cave and The Bad Seeds.
Her boyfriends from that time were Michael Hutchence from 1989 to 1991; Lenny Kravitz in 1991; Jean-Claude Van Damme in 1994; and French photographer and director Stephane Sednaoui from 1996 to 1998.
Minogue told the Times that if she could tell her younger self anything, it would be to "trust her instinct".
"Also I'd say, 'Have fun. There's a lot to come, there will be a lot of obstacles and if you can't go over them you'll find a way under them or around them. You'll find a way'."
