Chappell Roan did not respond kindly to an outlet revealing she has split from her management team.

The 26-year-old star rocketed into the spotlight this year following the slow-burn success of her 2023 album The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess.

However, the star has faced difficult headlines lately for lashing out at photographers on red carpets, provoking backlashes over her political and world views and cancelling live performances at the last minute.

Billboard shared a post on Instagram on Monday declaring, "Chappell Roan has split with her management team, sources confirm to Billboard.?

"The news comes after the breakout star scored her first slate of Grammy nominations, including in all of the Big Four categories.? Roan's nods were notably left off a congratulatory post shared from the Instagram account for State Of the Art - the company Roan was previously signed to, with Nick Bobetsky as her manager.?"

Roan herself reacted to the post to slam the publication for spreading the news, writing, "Yall suck for this."

?Fans rushed to support the Good Luck, Babe! singer, with one writing to her, "That's so horrible, please believe, you are heard and respected by your community."

After cancelling festival dates in September, Roan told fans, "Things have gotten overwhelming over the past few weeks and I am really feeling it. I feel pressures to prioritise a lot of things right now and I need a few days to prioritise my health."
