Kanye West is being sued by a former America's Next Top Model contestant for allegedly assaulting her on the set of a music video.
Model Jennifer An has accused West of allegedly making her gag and choke until she blacked out.
An, who appeared on season 13 of the reality runway show, filed a federal lawsuit against the rapper, accusing him of assaulting her during the filming of La Roux's In For the Kill music video.
According to TMZ, she notes in the lawsuit that she was selected from a line-up of women as Kanye said, "Give me the Asian girl."
After he said that, they went to film a scene at a New York City hotel where she claims West began strangling her and "rammed several fingers down her throat".
She alleged that the Graduation singer yelled: "This is art. This is f**king art. I am like Picasso."
An is also suing Universal Music Group for gender-motivated violence during the shoot. She further alleges that the record label tried to "bury" the incident.
In the music video for In For the Kill that's online, there's no sign of An, nor West.
This lawsuit comes as West was accused of sexual assault in an amended lawsuit by his ex-assistant Lauren Pisciotta in October.
