The full list of nominees for the 2024 Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs) has been announced, with Zach Bryan leading the pack.
The troubled country music star, who has recently been accused of emotional abuse by ex-girlfriend Brianna LaPaglia, has 18 nods this year.
Nipping at the Great American Bar Scene singer's heels are Taylor Swift, Morgan Wallen and Sabrina Carpenter.
Swift, the most decorated female BBMA winner of all time, follows with 16 nominations. Wallen has been nominated for 15 categories, and first-time nominee Carpenter is making a splash with her nine nods.
Other first-time nominees include Teddy Swims with eight, Tyla with eight, Benson Boone with six, Shaboozey with six and Chappell Roan with two.
This year's Awards will be hosted by actor and comedian Michelle Buteau, who called music "just one of those magical devices that can bring people together no matter what walk of life they're from".
"And that's what makes the Billboard Music Awards so special," she continued. "These amazing, chart-topping artists deserve to be celebrated and that's exactly what we're going to do!"
The BBMAs, which date back to 1990, will be announced at an all-singing, all-dancing show on December 12 US time. FOX, Paramount+, and Amazon's Fire TV Channels will all air the 2024 show in a multi-distribution broadcast.
