50 Cent has slammed Jay-Z for attending the Mufasa: The Lion King premiere just two days after being accused of rape.

Jay-Z, 55, walked the red carpet of the film premiere with his wife, Beyonce, and daughter Blue Ivy Carter, 12, who both have roles in the film.

50 Cent shared a photo of the family, captioning the post, "Jay said they said I rapped (sic) a kid, everybody get dressed we going to see Mufasa LOL."

The post has since been deleted.

Beyonce plays the voice of Nala in the film, and Blue Ivy voices lioness cub, Kara.

Beyonce's mum, Tina Knowles, also attended the premiere.

Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, was named in a civil suit on Monday. The now 55-year-old has been accused of raping a 13-year-old girl, alongside Sean 'Diddy' Combs, at a 2000 MTV VMAs afterparty.

He has denied the accusations, asking the complainant, who is known only as "Jane Doe" to reveal her real name.

In a statement, he said, "I'm a young man who made it out of the project of Brooklyn. We don't play these types of games. We have very strict codes and honour. We protect children, you seem to exploit people for personal gain. Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable."
