Jamie Foxx has claimed that he left Sean 'Diddy' Combs' parties early.
In his new Netflix special, Jamie Foxx: What Had Happened Was..., the actor opened up about what happened when he suffered a medical emergency in April 2023, revealing it was a brain bleed and stroke.
In the stand-up special, Foxx also addressed rumours that Combs - who is currently in jail awaiting trial on three felony charges, including sex trafficking - was involved in his health emergency.
"The internet said Puffy (Combs) tried to kill me," Foxx said. "That's what the internet was saying. I know what you thinking, 'Did he?'"
"Hell no, I left them parties early," he joked. "I was out by 9. Something don't look right. It's slippery in here!"
The Django Unchained star was seemingly referring to the fact that when police raided Combs' home earlier this year, authorities found items including AR-15s, drugs and "more than 1000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant".
Combs was arrested in September following a series of sexual assault and rape allegations, all of which he has denied. His federal criminal trial is set to begin on 5 May next year.
More than 120 people have reportedly come forward with new allegations against the rapper, including 25 minors. If found guilty, he could face 15 years to life in prison.
During an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in 2018, Foxx described Combs as "dangerous", recalling that the rapper once showed up to one of his own parties with the FBI behind him.
"Puff was always sort of dangerous," Foxx said, "so he had all kinds of people following him."
