Olivia Rodrigo likes to go to the beach at Christmas because it's so quiet.
During an ASMR-themed interview for W magazine, the Good 4 U singer started to tap a snow globe with her fingernails and noted that the "holidays are coming up".
Olivia then admitted she is particularly excited for December to arrive this year as she is going to spend time at home in California, having recently wrapped up a string of concerts for her Guts World Tour.
"I was on the road for nine months, and I'm so happy to be home for the holidays," she told the outlet.
But rather than opting to wrap up and sit by the fireplace, Olivia prefers to go for a walk by the ocean during the festive season.
"My favourite thing to do on Christmas in California is go to the beach. Because it's not too cold and there's not a soul on the beach," the 21-year-old continued.
Elsewhere in the chat, Olivia revealed the mantra she tells herself each day.
"My biggest affirmation these days is that I (tell myself), 'I choose to be daring instead of perfect.' I've been very into this woman (vulnerability researcher) Brené Brown lately, that's been my mantra lately," she shared.
