That’s so true! Gracie Abrams has returned to Number 1 on the Official Singles Chart today.

Holding strong after the post-Christmas flush, That’s So True is the first UK Number 1 single of 2025, and makes it six non-consecutive weeks at the top.

Last year, That’s So True spent five consecutive weeks at the top of the chart, and was the first-ever Number 1 single for the breakout US singer-songwriter.

ROSÉ and Bruno Mars return to their peak of Number 2 with the party-starting APT.. In 2024, APT. became the first song by a K-pop female soloist to enter the UK Top 10. It’s now spent 10 weeks inside the Top 10.

Huge congratulations are also in order for Bolton-born DJ Chrystal, The Days jumps 44 spots to Number 5. It becomes Chrystal’s first Top 10 UK hit, the dance track previously peaked at Number 24.

Teddy Swims sinks two bounce-back singles in the Top 10; The Door?(6) and Bad Dreams (7), while Sonny Fodera, Jazzy and D.O.D also ricochet with Somedays (9).

It seems the UK are still really holding space and feeling the power in Wicked; three songs from the blockbuster soundtrack are present in the Top 40 today; Defying Gravity (10), Popular (26) and What Is This Feeling (27).

PAWSA’s remix of The Adventures of Stevie V’s Dirty Cash (Money Talks)?enters the Top 20 for the first time today (20), the 1989 original peaked at Number 2.

TYLA’s energetic pop tune Push 2 Start?finally arrives in the Top 40 (33). It’s the South African star’s third Top 40 single; following Top 10 hit Water?(4) and Jump with Gunna and Skillibeng (38).
