Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been accused of rape by another alleged victim in a new lawsuit.

In the complaint, which was filed in New York and obtained by Us Weekly, the woman claimed Combs raped her in 2000 when she was a 16-year-old high school student.

The plaintiff, who was identified as Jane Doe, said she was living in Manhattan with her parents working as a babysitter in an apartment building where Diddy's partner at the time also lived.

The accuser claimed she came across Combs and two other men who allegedly worked for him. Combs repeatedly asked her whether she wanted a ride home, which she refused before ultimately getting in the car with him.

The woman alleged that she became concerned when she was not dropped off at her house, claiming that she was offered a drink to "calm her down".

Doe alleged that the drink made her feel "groggy" and "unsteady".

The accuser claimed she was taken to another location by Diddy and his two employees before he raped her.

The woman was then taken to her home.

Combs' legal team have denied the accusations.

"No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won't change the fact that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone - man or woman, adult or minor," the statement read.
