Billboard has joined Universal Music, Sony Music and Warner Music in calling off its Grammy Week events.
Cancellations have reportedly been mounting following the deadly Los Angeles wildfires and while the 2025 Grammy Awards are still slated to take place at the beginning of February, the major labels have all opted to cancel their related events.
Universal Music Group, parent company to Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift and Kendrick Lamar, has announced that all its Grammy-related events - including its annual artist showcase and after-party - have been shuttered.
Sony Music Entertainment, home to Columbia, RCA and Epic Records, also called off its afterparty. The company will instead redirect funds to focus on local relief efforts in Los Angeles.
Warner Music Group, whose acts include Dua Lipa, Bruno Mars and Benson Boone, have done likewise.
Billboard has now also announced it will be cancelling all the company's Grammy-related events.
"Our hearts are with the people of Los Angeles as they face the reality of these devastating fires. Many members of our staff and community have been personally affected, and our core focus at this time is allocating the resources we have to support long-term recovery for the city we call home," the company shared in a statement.
Events including Managers to Watch and the annual Power 100 party have been scrapped.
So far, the Clive Davis pre-Grammy gala, which celebrates its 50th year, is still going ahead.
The 2025 Grammy Awards will air live from downtown Los Angeles on 5 February. Beyoncé leads the pack of nominees with 11 nominations.
