BLACKPINK's Rosé has denied that she dated Jaden Smith.

The New Zealand-South Korean singer, best known as a member of the K-pop girl group, has insisted that she has never dated the rapper and actor.

In December, Rosé released her solo single Toxic Till the End and fans have since speculated that the track, which reflects on a turbulent on-again, off-again relationship, was written about Jaden.

However, the 27-year-old K-pop star recently took part in Vanity Fair's Lie Detector Test interview series, where she answered a series of questions about her personal life and career.

During the interview, Rosé was asked directly if she wrote the song about Jaden, 26, to which she laughingly replied, "No, it's not about Jaden Smith."

The APT singer lightheartedly continued, "He's a good friend, though. Hi Jaden, miss you lots."

The interviewer then asked Rosé if she had dated the Karate Kid star in the past to which she confidently replied, "No."

Both answers were confirmed to be true by the polygraph test.

Rosé has previously confirmed that Toxic Till the End was written about an ex-boyfriend but has remained tight-lipped about who it was specifically about.

Fans have also speculated that the song could be about actor and model Evan Mock, who starred as her love interest in the song's music video.
