Meghan Trainor has shared her excitement over plans to have her breasts "lifted" by surgery.

The 31-year-old Grammy award-winning star has long planned to have cosmetic work done to her breasts after witnessing them change over the years.

Opening up to People magazine, the singer said, "I think I was born with saggy boobs. I swear, they were always looking at the ground. So this is a big deal for me. I'm getting a boob job. I'm getting a lift."

The mother-of-two - who shares sons Riley, four, and 18-month-old Barry with husband Daryl Sabara, 32 - revealed that she struggled to breastfeed.

She explained, "Listen, these don't make milk. So when I have more children, these don't make milk anyways. So it's time to lift my boobs, I'm so excited."

Amid her eagerness, Trainor has confessed to feeling apprehensive about undergoing major surgery to alter her body.

She admitted, "I'm very scared. I've never had big surgery, except for my two C-sections... I'm going to have new boobs, and I'm really excited about it."

The All About That Bass singer recently revealed she had been left with a frozen expression after getting too much Botox injected into her face.

She confessed on her Workin' On It podcast earlier this month, "I messed up. I've had Botox, like, a handful of times.. just my forehead.

"Someone convinced me with my little lips that if you did a lip flip, you put filler right above your upper lip, that you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip... I cannot smile anymore. Look, this is as big as I can smile."
