Rapper and one-time billionaire Kanye West has let loose on the social media platform X.
The artist known as Ye is pumping out a barrage of unhinged messages, which some are linking to his upcoming album release.
"I am not trying to be the voice of black people that was Obama's job," the singer declared. "I'm getting money and talking s**t on Twitter. I'm expressing what I've went through and things I care about."
Fresh from his bizarre stunt at the Grammy Awards last weekend, which saw him pose on the red carpet alongside his naked wife, West is piling on the controversy with a series of opinion bombs on everything from anti-semitism to the Me Too movement.
"Me too rapes are truly disrespectful to people who have actually been held down against there (sic) will and been violent raped," he opined, adding that "B**ches deserve to get slapped sometimes," and "Men are the real abuse victims."
West has also offered unsolicited advice on fashion and even education, sharing: "When I do fashion shows I don't use fat people. I don't like how they look in clothes and they look even worse out of clothes," and "My kids school sucks."
Dozens of earlier posts included calls to free music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs, a claim he has "dominion" over wife Censori and a series of posts praising Hitler.
