PartyNextDoor and Drake's first collaborative album, $ome $exy $ongs 4 U, has debuted atop the US Billboard 200 chart dated 1 March.

It marks the 14th chart-topper for the Canadian rapper.

Drake now ties with Jay-Z and Taylor Swift for the most No 1s among soloists in the 68-year history of the chart.

Overall, only The Beatles, with 19 No 1s, have more.

Drake captured his first leader in 2010 with Thank Me Later. His last No 1 before this week was For All the Dogs in October 2023.

$ome $exy $ongs 4 U had been teased for months, and was officially announced on 3 February in advance of its release on Valentine's Day. It is the third collab project from Drake to reach No 1 on the Billboard 200, following previous pairings with 21 Savage (Her Loss in 2022) and Future (What a Time to Be Alive in 2015).

Playing catch-up to Drake's 14 chart-topping albums are Barbra Streisand, Bruce Springsteen, Eminem, Future and Ye (formerly Kanye West), who all sit at the 11 mark.

The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums of the week in the US, based on multi-metric consumption. The 1 March 2025 chart will be posted in full on Billboard's website on 25 February.
