Mumford & Sons are pleased to announce a £1 donation to Live Trust for every ticket sold on their forthcoming tour of the UK.
The huge tour of UK/Ireland + Europe goes on presale this morning. £1 (+ VAT) from every ticket sold on the UK leg of the tour will be donated to the newly launched?Live Trust, a new funding initiative from LIVE that will offer much needed financial support to those working across live music.
The Live Trust will initially support the grassroots music sector that is such a vital part of the music ecosystem – from venues and artists to festivals and promoters.
In addition, the band are very pleased to welcome American singer-songwriter Sierra Ferrell as special guest across all UK live dates this year.
The British folk-rock band release their new album, RUSHMERE, on 28th March, and are currently out on a global club tour that hit London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town last week, Sydney Opera House yesterday, and more shows to come in North America.
The band are also headlining this year’s Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Liverpool on 25th May.
The new arena run will kick off in Stockholm on 6th November, and concludes in London on 10th December. The UK dates also include shows in Glasgow, Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham and Cardiff ahead of the tour’s conclusion in London.
The band will precede the tour with a big outdoor show at Malahide Castle, Dublin on 4th July, where they last performed back in 2019.
