Sia has filed for divorce from her husband Daniel Bernard.
The 49-year-old Australian singer, whose full name is Sia Furler, married Daniel in May 2023, and they share an 11-month-old baby, named Somersault Wonder Bernard.
But now the couple have reportedly called time on their marriage after just 22 months with divorce files served in the USA on Wednesday.
TMZ reports that Sia has cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce - and also lists Tuesday as the date of their separation.
The outlet states, "Sia is asking for legal and physical custody of the kid but is open to visitation rights for Dan."
The outlet also reports that it is unclear if the singer - who is believed to be worth $30 million (£23 million) - has a prenup, and reported, "Sia checked the box to terminate the court's ability to award spousal support to her estranged husband."
This marks the second divorce for the Chandelier singer as she was previously married to filmmaker Erik Anders Lang from 2014 until 2016.
In 2019, the music star generated headlines when it was revealed she had adopted two teenage sons who were ageing out of the foster care system - and became a grandmother the following year when one of the boys welcomed a child of his own.
